The lower leaves have broad leaflets and upper leaves are divided into narrow linear segments. The plant bears small white or pink flowers. Each umbel has infertile middle flowers and outer flowers are fertile and slightly larger. Fruits are globose in shape, ridged, yellowish brown and 3 mm in diameter..
