These are large marigolds that can grow up to 1m in height. With a mix of yellow, orange and reds they not only liven up any garden but make great companion plants to fend off insects that may otherwise eat your vegetables. They also attract bees and other pollinators to your garden. They are an annual that prefer warmer temperatures and are best planted spring, summer and wet season.

The glossy skin of this purple and white striped eggplant covers firm flesh that is perfect for both stuffing and pickling. The fruits are plump and oval, about 8x10cm (3x4”) in size, with great charm and appeal. The parthenocarpic plants produced by Piccolo eggplant seeds are vigorous and productive over a very long season in the open field or greenhouse, and they have a good shelf life. This was another eggplant we trialed in the field with fantastic results. The plants were immensely productive, and the tasty fruits just kept on coming. The hybrid seeds aren't cheap, but the quality is incredible.

Dutch corn is a large leaf variety with more heat resistance than most. It can be planted in late summer and early spring. Harvest at the 3-4 leaf rosette stage or cut individual leaves when the rosettes are 8” across. 45 days.

High flavored onion for cooking. Hardy bulbs easy to grow. Plant 6" apart, 2" below surface Harvest when tops die off. The crop can be stored in a cool dry place, or diced and frozen. Perennial zones 3-9.
